The Bailey's plane flew out Monday night at 11:30. Tori and I took them to the airport about an hour before. This was taken just before the Baileys left. Our hearts were heavy and sad to see them go, and full of gratefulness that they came! Their trip will be one that none of us will ever forget! The Lord worked out all the details and directed our days. What a joy to serve a God who directs our days with such love and kindness.  Posted by Picasa

I can see the twinge of saddness in these eyes...some blessings just come with a price...a price of making good memories is often heart ache that comes with separation...love you all so very much...we picked up the tired and weary yet over the top joyful Bailey family last night...we too feel that our time with them was too short! love you all loads...we will talk again soon...blessing

I have loved, loved, loved reading and seeing pictures of this precious time that you guys have had together. Tears have filled my eyes as I've read of "healing conversations" and seen such joy in your eyes...and righteous jealousy filled my heart when I thought of the fun and fellowship that you all had together at the beach with the Togo crew, too. It's funny how I still feel such a connection to all things West African, especially missionary friends and co-workers -- after only 2 years there and 4 1/2 years back in the US. May this visit give you an extra shot in the arm to finish strong this season of your lives in Benin.

With much love,

Sandi
