Saturday morning Tori said that she wanted to get Lael up and dress her, herself! Tori picked out her clothes and decided that today was the day for Lael to start wearing socks and shoes. When Timothy saw Lael in shoes, he said for some reason, "Does this mean that Lael is going to dance for us?" Tori thought that was a good idea too. She put in her Disney Princess CD and hit the dance floor with Lael. Everyone in the room was enjoying the experience.
These pictures really highlight Lael's growth spurt! She will be one year old in 2 weeks!

Tell Tori she has great sense of style . . she can pick out my clothes anytime, and I'd even dance with her to Disney Princess songs if she wants! Both your girls are too cute.
Happy Sunday! You are right about Lael's growth spurt...she looks so much longer! Is she taking steps yet? Tori is such a help with Lael and what a joy to see them enjoying one another! Today is my nephew, Coen's birthday (Ken's baby). He is 1. Cannon's is 7/24 (he'll be 3)...what day is Lael's? I love that these kids are all so close in age...what fun is to be had in the years to come!

Congrats to Tori for finishing first grade in style!! And for winning THREE awards! Wow! I'm sure she should have received the perfect attendance award, also!
