Look at this beautiful girl's hair!! These curls are precious and she has a million of them! Yes this is a challenge for me but I am learning little by little!
Our weekend was filled with family time...washing cars, a picnic in the park, drawing at the kitchen table, and just hanging out around the house. It was good to be together.
One of Gracie's friends has hair like Lael. Well, I don't guess I've ever actually seen it "au natural" as the grandmother usually has it done in the cutest braids.
The little girl was in my Sunday School class this last year and "please don't let my hair hurt" was put in our prayer journal at least once. She would explain that Mimi was planning to braid that afternoon!
I'm sure it did take her a long time but it always looked so cute!
My husband, Randy, and I have four wonderful kids:
Tori (9), Timothy (5), Jonathan (3), Lael (3)!
We were church-planting missionaries, serving in Benin, West Africa from 1999 until July 2007. We are now back in Texas, learning to live in the good ol' USA! It's very challenging, yet we are so thrilled to be near our family & friends!!

I love these little Vaughns! It was great to see you today - seems like everything is falling more into place.
Hugs to all!
