Here's a picture of the cake....Tori wanted a cowgirl riding a horse...I went with the rodeo theme...here is Tori leading the parade of flags (USA, Texas, Benin, Togo, Singapore) Tori wanted a chocolate cake with caramel icing...to get the dirt effect, I used dark brown sugar...the horse she's riding is a thick sugar cookie...Tori loved it!
