Very Blessed!

We wanted to express our sincere appreciation to the many friends at RHCC and at the Fairfax Church of Christ for your kindness and generosity expressed to us in the past few weeks.  We are also so very thankful for the many “partners” we have in this ministry and many friends who share with us a desire to live life fully devoted to God.  So many people, over the past several months, have encouraged us with emails, e-cards, generous financial gifts, care packages, and some obvious powerful praying!  During this week of Thanksgiving, we give thanks to God for each one of you who have brightened our day and lifted our spirits through your generous acts of love and kindness!  May God richly pour out His best for you as you serve Him in your life!!

Sweet Emille packaged everything up from the shower (minus that which we picked up at the church yesterday, stuff is still trickling in), she put it all in ziplocks and called the post office to get a idea on cost, that is when they told her the boxes were too big. WE went to COSTCO yesterday and bought some smaller boxes and her and Erin (she is visiting for this week) are trasferring everything to the smaller boxes. Bailey loves this because Emille had already packed using the styrofoam peanuts and so they spill everywhere. She is running around picking them up and saying "Mama, Tash" and then puts them in the "tash" can.

Sorry to hear about the water situation. I cannot imagine how tough that would be. When Becky was telling me about it I was reminded of a Robin Williams routine where he was talking about how difficult his parents made their childhood sound. "When we were growing up we didn't even have water. Our parents gave us hydrogen and oxygen and we had to mash them together ourselves!" I hope they gett the water flowing fast for you guys. Until then can I offer you some lip balm?

You remain in our constant thoughts and prayers.

Sam
