Pressing On

Our pumpkins came a little late this year and in much different shapes than traditional round. We cut these oblong gourds in half and carved out some Christmas themes....Tori helped pick out the shapes....


..... and now, the late-night effect! The kids love seeing 'em all lit up when the lights go out for bedtime (or when the power goes out, which happens every day lately!) Tori's favorite is always the angel with the trumpet...Timo changes his mind every night.


FYI: My hometown football team, the Littlefield Wildcats, play in the 2A (Div I) Texas State Championship game in Aledo this Saturday! Go 'Cats!
