This past Sunday we were invited to a Tree Trimming party at Miss Judy's house!!
This has become one of annual traditions when Christmas is in Benin and we always have such a special time! Miss Judy lets Tori and Timothy decorate her tree! We had a great dinner of Hamburgers and chips and queso and lots of Christmas treats!! After decorating the tree, we sat around the living room and Tori lead us in Christmas carols. This is also an annual tradition! We had a great time. Jonathan even amazed us all and sang the first 6 words of It Came Upon a Midnight Clear...after that we were all stunned and smiling but we just picked up where he left off and continued the song!!! Guess he has been listening well to our Christmas music!!
Miss Judy has a tender heart for Missionary kids and she always has a way of making our kids feel very special! We love her so much!
