This is truly a test ...

This is truly a test.
It is testing everything in us...

The strike continues. Work in the court continues on Mondays and Fridays only. The lady who was to have completed our paperwork on Monday, did not finish it before she left and she will not return until Friday. Ughhh....

We had our hopes set on this day that we would have a day to celebrate a forthcoming final hearing. We do not have that date yet and do not know when we will have it. Please know that we are doing everything we know to do to speed this process along.

Please pray for us as we endure to the end. It is our heart's desire to finish strong and to glorify the Lord all along the way.
We do get so angry and we do get so frustrated. It is a test and we know we must act wisely.

Please continue your prayers for our family. We know God is working out these details even though we cannot see. We trust the Lord.

So many prayers are rising on your behalf, and on the behalf of that lady (that she will be very efficient on Friday!) You all are the picture beside the definition of patience in the dictionary, and the Lord blesses us all through your example. As you continually remind us and yourselves, He is in the details and does not waver in His intention to honor Lael's position in your family with all the legal papers she needs! Blessing on all of you good people! Aunt VG

May God give you the strength to persevere to the end. May He allow you to enjoy the race. The prize is great! We will continue to pray!

UGH !!! My prayers and thoughts are with you guys. Patience is taking on a whole new meaning for me watching this process. I can only imagine what it's been like for you all. However, like the song says "HE gives and takes away. My heart will choose to say LORD,BLESSED BE YOUR NAME". I pray you will recall that each time Satan tries to steal your joy in this exciting event!! This is defintitely your opportunity to CHOOSE (actively) to let Satan know that he will not win in the end. What a blessing it WILL be when that day DOES finally arrive. Hang in there. Love you guys!!!!

Waiting can be so hard especially in a system where things don't work the way we're used to (although you're probably quite used to the way things work in Benin by now). We're praying with you.
